I can feel his joy throughout my whole being – it’s as if I get carried away by his bursts of happiness!

Which values do you wish to pass on to your son, and why?

I want to pass on my curiosity about life. He is already very curious, and I know that the two of us will share SO many joys together.

How does the Tied Heart collection reflect your relationship with each other?

We are made of the same thing and always connected. I don’t feel whole without him, yet at the same time I have to teach him to be without me. So it’s beautiful to have something that serves as a reminder of that.

We are Anne and Fie, and we work together at Patriksson Group. Although our relationship began as a purely professional collaboration, over time we’ve developed a strong friendship alongside our work. We share both professional ambitions and a natural chemistry that makes our collaboration safe, productive, and fun.

Our relationship is characterized by honesty, support, and an intuitive understanding of each other’s strengths and challenges. We can laugh together, have serious sparring sessions, and be each other’s go-to people during long workdays. There is room for ambition, vulnerability, and humor, which makes the relationship authentic and strong.

How would you describe your relationship as colleagues?

As colleagues, we complement each other incredibly well. We have different skill sets and different approaches to tasks, but that only strengthens our collaboration because we lift each other. We give each other space, challenge one another professionally, and share a mutual respect that creates a safe and efficient work environment. We take our work seriously – but always with a smile.

Just as the collection is about connection, balance, and shared direction, our relationship represents a genuine and natural intertwining of collaboration, trust, and friendship. We stand strong individually, but also exceptionally strong together.

We are Alva and Lulu Henckel, and we are mother and daughter, business partners, and best friends. Together, we founded Lagenzy, a creative branding agency that we launched in March.

Our relationship is one of the most important things in our lives. We’re not only mother and daughter – we’re also friends, sparring partners, and partners in our business. We have deep respect for each other’s ideas and instincts, and we can laugh, think big, and work with complete focus without needing to explain ourselves. The combination of family ties and professional respect makes our relationship strong, genuine, and intuitive.

Is there something special that connects you?

Our shared passion for creative work, our personal bond, and our aligned values tie us closely together. We often approach tasks with the same energy and visual mindset, and we complement each other naturally – both as family and as professionals.

How do you manage running a business together as mother and daughter?

For us, it feels natural, but it does require balance. We’re good at shifting between roles: being professional when making decisions and being mother/daughter when we take care of each other. Communication and respect are key. The safety of knowing that we always want the best for one another allows us to think big, make quick decisions, and lift each other up – without compromising our relationship.

Tied Heart is about bonds, security, and meaningful relationships, and that reflects our relationship perfectly. Our bond holds family, friendship, and a shared professional life, and the collection becomes a beautiful symbol of what we share – as mother and daughter and as partners in our shared dream.

Which values make you strong as a couple?

We share the same core values, which gives us a natural understanding of each other and a common direction in life. We both deeply value strong relationships with family and friends and make it a priority to nurture them in our everyday lives. At the same time, we give each other the space to be ambitious and pursue our dreams, no matter what we take on – and that creates respect, balance, and strength in our relationship.

We are Mike and Martin – friends for almost 25 years and colleagues for 12. Together, we’ve shaped Mugshot into a salon with a clear and creative signature.

We know each other on a level no one else does. Not even our partners. We are each other’s most honest space and the person who understands everything that lies between the lines.

Is there something special that connects you?

A friendship with deep roots, a sharp shared aesthetic, and an intuitive understanding of one another. And then there’s our really bad sense of humor. It’s a bond that has only grown stronger year after year.

How would you describe your relationship as both friends and colleagues?

As friends, we share unconditional trust and a rare sense of security. As colleagues, we have a professional respect for each other’s roles and a synergy that pushes us forward. That combination is our strength.
